Shipping & Delivery
At Je Suis Me, we are committed to delivering your order with care, precision, and the elegance our brand represents.
Delivery Regions
We currently ship across the Middle East, including Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — with exciting plans to expand to new destinations very soon.
Order Processing
Orders are carefully processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that it has been prepared for shipment.
Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times take effect from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email. Depending on your location, your package will arrive at your designated address within two to seven business days. For the security of your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number.
Customs & Duties
Depending on your shipping destination, customs fees or import duties may apply to your order. Please note that Je Suis Me is not responsible for any additional customs charges incurred. We kindly recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to completing your purchase to determine the full landed cost.
Exchange & Return Policy
We are pleased to offer a complimentary exchange policy for your convenience. Please note that we operate on an exchange-only basis; returns and refunds are not available. You are welcome to exchange your item for a different size or style. To begin an exchange, kindly email us at contactus@jesuisme.com. Please include your order number and email address, and our team will respond with further instructions. All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Exchange requests must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery.
