Shipping and delivery
  • We deliver throughout the Middle East, including Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
    We are planning to expand soon!!
  • Orders may take between 24 and 48 hours to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that it has been sent to be shipped.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email. Depending on your location, your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days.
  • All shipments require a signature.

 

TRACKING
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • For orders placed outside of the UAE, visit the ARAMEX to track your order.

 

CUSTOMS
  • Depending on the shipping country and location, customs may apply to the order. Je Suis Me would not be liable for any additional customs costs that may be imposed. Prior to completing your purchase, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the landed cost price.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:
  • We offer a free exchange policy! 
  • We only have an exchange policy; returns or refunds are not permitted. You will be able to exchange your item for a different size or style.
  • Please send us an email at contactus@jesuisme.com or navigate through our Contact Us – Je Suis Me page and enter the details for exchange. Please include your order number and email address in your email. We will contact you with further instructions.
  • Items must be in the original condition, unwashed and unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • You have three days after delivery to exchange your items. Please contact us within three days of delivery to start the exchange process.
 
Cash On Delivery 
  • This method of payment is only available in Lebanon.

 

PRIVACY

When you buy something from Je Suis Me, we collect personal information from you such as your name, address, and the email address as part of the buying and selling process.
